Because Zen makes sense

Mindfulness in Nature

Formal meditation is great. A walk in the nature, watching all the beauty, focusing, is to me of equal value. You may   call it some sort of walking meditation, but it is more than that. It gives me the real feeling of humble interconnectivity, of being “one” with the nature, the sky above, the cosmos.

If I bring a camera, my focusing gets even better. Distracting thoughts seldom make any problem at all. And when I come home, I have the concentrated editing of my photos. That is also mindfulness.

This photo is from todays walk in Norway: green forests greating the spring, while the winter still keeps a grip of the mountains higher up.
