Because Zen makes sense

The Blessings of Autumn

Of all seasons to my delight, I think I prefer autumn. The crisp air, the nature in colors, the cold nights and warm days. Every season has it’s own charm, and second to autumn I prefer the spring. I think it has to do with the transitions. From death to life, from life to death, the eternal cycle of life. This is my life as well, from death to life, from life to death. Nothing is permanent except for impermanence.

And my picture is an humble illustration. Death to the left, life to the right, and with the colors of a shifting nature reflected in the water. So the zen of autumn offers me the opportunity to experience with the zen of photography, trying to capture my blessings.

    Thank you!k

  2. Your thoughts feels very liberating, I agree with you completely, and for the same reason I also love both spring and autumn, it feels cleaning and liberating, and a praise to life.
